A catchphrase from Hot Doug's, a Chicago-based Midwest chain celebrated for its imaginative sausages and its fries cooked in rendered duck fat. Urgh.Yeah - okay, the innuendo is a little laboured here, but how often do you hear the term, "encased meats"? Whenever I hear a term referring to tubular beef/pork/mysterious whatever products, I just have to snicker a little bit.
