Is Colton Ford wearing rubber in this video? That cop uniform is way too tight for leather, and it kinda hangs on him like PVC...I wish it to be rubber and will assume it is and run with that ;)
Well, hate to burst your rubber bubble, but if I had to guess, almost all the not-quite-leather looking material in the video is actually pleather.
Modern poromeric artificial leather does have stretch to it, and usually a bit of a sheen, but it doesn't bunch up like latex rubber (as latex is much denser), and doesn't form into flappy sheets when open like neoprene.

Speaking about "fake crap", his hair color is fake too. He's been totally gray for years now.
