Vancouver Rubbermen @ Shadow Falls
The rubbermen are going camping! Mr P, Mook and I will be hosting a few of the guys from the VRM group at the campground, next weekend August 24-25.
A group of us are going to take some rubber up to Shadow Falls campground for a weekend of shiny stretchy fun!
Very surprisingly, there have been no fire bans yet this year, so it's very likely we'll be able to shiny dance around the campfire on the weekend! :D
Book a campsite and get other information at www.shadowfalls.ca. Reid will be taking some rubber equipment for the weekend, which we will either set up in the clubhouse or in one of the sites.
Reid and Paul will also host appies and drinks Saturday evening at Site 21.
Shadow Falls is a gay-owned clothing optional campground about 1.5hrs east of Vancouver heading towards Harrison Hot Springs. They have about 40 acres of private property with many amenities such as hot showers, flush toilets, club house with pool table and social area, large social fire pit, small store for firewood/snacks and power even at the tent sites. Come enjoy the grotto and the waterfalls. Take a dip in the brisk lower falls pool. Take a hike up the mountain to overlook the valley. Or hang out around your camp rubber and share stories and other rubbery things with friends.
Costs for the weekend are as follows, payable to the camp site once you arrive:
Tenting rates are $15 per person per night (each person is $30 for the two nights)
RV rates are $5 for utilities per night + $15 per person per night (one person is $20 per night, two people are $35 per night, etc)
Buckets of wood are $7.50 each, Bags of ice are $3.50 available at the office/store.
The site accepts cash, debit, and credit for payment of camping/RV fees as well as for snacks, ice, and firewood. Showers require 1 Loonie per 7 minutes.
Shadow Falls address is: 17575 Morris Valley Rd, Harrison Mills, BC V0M 1L0
Directions
Please see the following link for directions on how to get to Shadow Falls Campground.
http://www.shadowfalls.ca/pages/directions.html
Reid's directions: From Mission head east on Highway 7 (Lougheed Highway) approximately 33km to Morris Valley Road (Sasquatch Inn - 46001 Lougheed Highway). Head up Morris Valley Road approximately 10km. You travel past the single lane Chehalis River Bridge and the First Nations gas station en route. Approximately 3.5km past the gas station, there is a curve in the road. A mobile home is on the right and the steep entrance road to Shadow Falls is on the left. There is a vertical Shadow Falls sign at the entrance gate. The entrance road is steep, so keep aware as you come up the lane!

Mr. Rubber Montreal 2020
Congratulations to Spike Inu, the newly sashed Mr. Rubber Montreal!
Fusion Montreal happened this past weekend, when both leather and rubber titles are held during the same weekend-long event. Congratulations to Spike for the win, and congratulations to Guillaume Dupuis, who steps down but still retains his Mister International Rubber title until November.
