I will be writing a Folsom Report shortly...as soon as I got back from San Francisco I got slammed with a doozy of a flu. I felt like dying yesterday but the sweats, aches and fever are only intermittent today. Not really much in the mood to do anything right now, so that will have to wait for a few more days...

you need lots of fluids(only water and tea)keep warm and lots of rest.You could rest a lot in your latex?:)
