One Last Rubbout 25 update before I go....

Lots has been going on on the Rubbout front. We have all venues booked and all information updated on the website at Rubbout.com. The weekend passes went on sale on Sunday. If you're planning to come, now's the time to buy at a discount: $80 CAD for a weekend pass.

We are planning some epic parties on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. We have the full team together to get all the big framework and small details together, one working on entertainment, three working on sponsorship; here's hoping we can get a lot of stuff done before Christmas.

In the meantime, I'm busy prepping for MIR19. As you know, I'm on the judging panel for the contest; additionally I am setting up a Rubbout 25 promotional booth in the MIR Rubber Market F/Sa/Su, however due to my judging duties I will probably only be manning the booth on Sunday. There are also lots of educational sessions going on and fun in the market playspace, plus the parties, THE PARTIES! Friday night at Touche/Jackhammer/The Hole, and Saturday night at Steamworks. Sunday at Sidetrack as usual. I'm staying at various friend's places which is going to help out immensely on the expenses front.

As you know Kinx and I worked on a promotional video that you can see now and hopefully that will make the Rubbout 25 booth at MIR19 a little more interactive. Let me know what you think!
