Weakened Again!

OMG OMG this is going to be an adventure-filled weekend!

First off: Friday evening is the inaugural GEAR NIGHT at Pumpjack Pub at 8pm. The guys from Vancouver Men in Leather, Van-PAH and Rubbout/Vancouver Rubbermen are going to merge and socialize. I'm not sure if there will be any special demos or events at this one but there will be in the future.

I think we're all heading over to BOOTYBOX Fridays at HD Lounge. This week, the theme is "Gear Up That Butt". Hmm, how apropos, given I plan to wear the transparent pig leggings and tank with the black Tred-Airs.

Saturday, perhaps meat draw first, but there's a new priority. Yesterday I got an invite from Tuchus and Cumpigcub for a rubber fisting party at their place on Saturday....it should be great...Paavo, SlickThrobnHole and VanLeather are joining us, and I sent an invite to M. I am doubtful he will accept but you never know. I really anticipate this to be a lot of fun. Paavo and Cumpigcub are keen to be put in severe bondage that night, VanLeather is a proficient fisting top. I'm not sure what Tuchus' ideas are but I know Slick and my holes will be ready for abuse that night!

Sunday, after all of this just to top off the weekend, I'm excited that CutelyPerverted wants to come over for a play date! He's keen for his first true rubber experience with another rubberman, so I'll have to be gentle with him (!) He wants to try out the vac-bed and the sleepsack, some electro and breathplay. It should be a lot of fun.

I missed my playnight with Wardog on Tuesday, so this will be a welcome weekend of rubber, play and sexy men! My three favorite things! :-D

How Gay Was I?

I found this pretty funny this morning....made me think back to all the Crystal Light National Aerobics Championships, and of course Undergear and International Male.

There are still some funny threads going on with discussions about International Male and Undergear fashions and who would reasonably wear them, even in Hillcrest, the Castro, and West Hollywood in the 1980s where the 'style ideals' originated from(?)

Particularly funny were the threads about IM's feature on capes....like, who was ordering and wearing capes in the late 80s/early 90s?

I loved my IM and UG catalogs coming in the mail. I remember wanting the full unitard (and model) SOOO badly. Why did it take me almost another decade to come out of the closet? Kylie Minogue? Undergear sheer unitards? Anal play? It was ridiculously obvious.

It's so funny to reflect on these days, particularly when the kids today think it was an insane decade. I think it was the last decade of innocence before everything started going downhill! And subconsiously because of that, perhaps the most extreme. :)

A few conversations recently have recalled the Meyer-Briggs 16 Personality Type assessments. It has been interesting to hear statistics such as (needs verification) that though only 2% of the population are INTJs, 25% of computer programmers are.

I have gone through the test again here. I have come up again as an ESTJ. Reading through it, it sounds pretty spot-on. What personality type are you?

Given my unsubstantiated observations that an overwhelming number of rubbermen tend to be IT professional types, and lovers of nerdy and scientific stuff...obviously not all! Is it possible that a lot of us are particular personality types, and more interestingly to me, that gear and fetishism have a propensity to be more attractive to certain personality types?

Rubbdown is Coming!

Four weeks from now, we'll be on our way to San Francisco for Rubbdown! I'm looking forward to this event - it'll be my first time in SF in February, first time at Rubbdown, first time there for an exclusive rubber event. I'm going to be shacking up with Lucien from Seattle at the host hotel...if anyone else wants to crash and save $$$ with us, hit me up!

I'm planning on travelling Thursday...luckily (and I never thought I'd say this as the weekend is one earlier than the rest of Canada....WTF?!?!?), it is on the Canadian Family Day long weekend so we have Monday off so I plan to return on Monday. That way I can partake in all the events starting on Thursday afternoon.

It looks to be fun...there is a VIP Rubber Room on Friday and Saturday at the Center for Sex and Culture (including bar and massages!), Homomobile transportation between venues, and of course the events: Mr. S Meet and Greet, Workshops, tour of the SF Armoury (where they shoot BoundJocks, BoundGods, SeriousMaleBondage, etc.), Tenacious fashion show, Gearbox (being hosted by yours truly ;-)), and more hi-jinks on Sunday! Wow!

This is a talented guy, Rubberboy Dima is a young Russian artist, and very handsome to boot....there's no doubt you've seen his artwork before if you've ever browsed a rubber fetish website or Tumblr. He has done work for Bruthal, Rubberzone, Maskulo, and Fetishak.

Holiday Hijinks

Happy new year, everyone! I hope you all had a relaxing and playful holiday season. Today is back to work for most....and for most that means hitting the ground running.

Looking back on it all, I was kinda depressed over the holiday season due to all the personal issues going on, however I did end up having some great playtime with a couple of new great guys and an awesome birthday blowout with my regular buddy in addition to some nice times with friends and lots to eat and drink over the period.

Just before Christmas I had a chance to play with a new bud, Damian. He's a nice guy - he enjoyed the vac-tower immensely, cumming a load as soon as I got him out of it. He's young and inexperienced - it was his first big introduction to full latex - after the vac-tower I put him in a catsuit and bound him to the sling. We had a lot of fun; he's a pretty young guy with a lot of potential and experiences ahead of him.

Wardog and I got together twice over the holidays, once just before Christmas and once on the night of my birthday. We went to the Red Door for the get-together just before Christmas and we decided to go to Steamworks for the one on December 30. We always have a great time together, these two times did not disappoint.

Tragedy struck just before midnight when the OTHER half of the ass in the skin jeans split (if you recall, I had to get the pocket on the right side repaired extensively after popping it at Northwest Puppy Weekend). They are kinda extensively ripped; I may just send them back to Regulation London and buy a replacement pair since I really really do love the pants.

Luckily I had my coverage trackpants to cover up my exposed asscheek but it kinda put a damper on the remainder of the evening. I was home before 1am that night.

On January 2nd I had a new playmate join me at the condo. Rbrgear and I have been talking for a long time about getting together. There was a lot of anxiety in the air....we have found out over time that we share a LOT of common interests revolving around rubber, bondage and breathplay. He came over Friday afternoon and I immediately put him in sleepsack bondage with electro, nipple suckers and the breathcontrol hood. He was in there for a least a couple hours while Mr. P and I edged him mercilessly. He said afterwards that he was in pure ecstasy in the tight rubber bondage. I then proceeded to put him in the vac-tower for a few hours, which he also enjoyed immensely. He ended up in the sling, bound up in the straightjacket where I played with his ass and fucked him, then we switched roles and he worked on my ass and fucked me. This went on for another couple of hours.

The entire session lasted almost ten hours and it simply flew by. We were both very happy with the outcomes of the session and I think barring any big issues we will be getting together regularly to play. He's a very sexy and decent guy - I'm excited about the future possibilities! We are already scheming out our future sessions ;)

I am re-rigging all my gasmasks and hosing circuits to build another rebreather and a double-line circuit for us to play with the next time he's over.

I have found it a challenge since M left my scene for RelationshipTown to find someone to fill the void of an ultimate play buddy - a good looking guy close to my size that is pervy for rubber, assplay, bondage, breathcontrol, pissplay and keen to explore and experience so much more. Here's hoping that Rbrgear will want to stick around for awhile and build a play/mentoring/exploring relationship with me.

Tomorrow night is my next playnight with Wardog. We have been going to the baths for the past month or so since Mr. P is home and usually not too participatory so we just go somewhere else, I really don't mind this arrangement except that I don't have my arsenal of toys and gear at the ready, however we will eventually get back to playing in the condo again, most likely when Mr. P is past his therapy and healed. I do like the fact that as Wardog and I get more familiarized with our surroundings, we have the option of asking other guys to join us or not, and it is all controlled by us.

CutelyPerverted and I may try to get together on Sunday; we'll see how the schedules work out. I really want to get him in some serious rubber bondage - it is something that he is completely craving and something I am only happy to oblige.

Tuchus and Cumpigcub are hopefully going to have a rubber party at their place while Tuchus is on his annual vacation from work. That will undoubtedly be a hoot of a time and I'm looking forward to joining in the fun.
